We process these as part of a contract between you and Valiant Escapes. We do not store this information beyond the length of time it takes to fulfil that contract.
Outside of purchasing a game, the only information we might collect is your email address, if you choose to sign up to receive product updates. We rely on your consent for processing this data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by either following the 'unsubscribe' link from an email we have sent you, or by emailing info@valiantescapes.com.
If you buy a game, we will use your email address to send you a unique code so that you can play the game. Once we have sent you the code, we will securely remove your email address from our servers.
If you sign up for our mailing list, we'll email you when we have developed a new game or creative endeavour that we think you'll enjoy. But we won't contact you about anything else in this way. You can opt out of these communications at any time by emailing info@valiantescapes.com.
We may also use your email address to provide customer support if you email us with a query at info@valiantescapes.com.
We use your card details to receive payment. We never see your card details ourselves, as we use Stripe for our payment system. You can view Stripe’s privacy policy here.
We share data required to process payments with Stripe, our payment provider.
We do not share any other data with any third parties.
Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely on our servers. While it is not possible to absolutely guarantee complete security with electronic data storage, we will make every reasonable effort to protect your data.
You have the right to review any data we hold about you and make amendments as you wish, and to ask us to delete your data or not to process it. If you wish to exercise these rights, please email info@valiantescapes.com. We have one month to respond to such a request but we would aim to do so sooner.
